Job Description
We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled property services supervisor to work at our Lahti unit. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring financial success, quality control, customer cooperation, supervisory duties, and developing safety procedures. You will participate in planning seasonal work, motivate and train staff, and handle procurement, invoicing, contract changes, and shift planning. The position is full-time and permanent, mainly during weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00, with flexible hours. The office is located at Vipusenkatu 2, Lahti.
