We are looking for a construction supervisor to participate in the Hyvinkää service point. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the service point. Your duties will include overseeing general operations, crushing, storage, and coordinating maintenance and repair needs of machinery. Key responsibilities include ensuring daily work runs smoothly, covering for team members, maintaining cleanliness and order of the yard, monitoring maintenance of machines and vehicles, managing inventory and material availability, ensuring logistics in the production area, collaborating with other supervisors, and supporting the team. The role requires experience in manufacturing or process industry, supervisory skills, familiarity with work machinery, relevant education, practical experience, knowledge of automation systems, IT fluency, and English communication. The position is permanent, starting as agreed, with a 37.5-hour workweek.
