We are looking for motivated part-time child welfare workers to join our team at the Child Welfare Unit Kompassipuisto in Espoo. The role involves working with children aged 11-17 who are placed long-term, often with psychological, neuropsychiatric, or behavioral challenges. The work is meaningful, diverse, and sometimes challenging, with shifts in mornings, evenings, and nights, including weekends. Suitable education includes social or health care studies or qualifications such as social worker, nurse, practical nurse, youth worker, or community worker. Experience in residential care is an advantage. Good communication skills, creativity, planning, and teamwork are essential.
