The job involves moving earth materials with a truck and also traditional shoveling methods, making it suitable for a hands-on individual eager to contribute to the progress of construction sites on the ground. No prior experience in infrastructure work is required; a positive attitude and openness are enough. Work begins when the suitable candidate is found, and positions are available until the end of the season. Our employee promise: Whether your vision of working life is clear or still taking shape, we support you in both cases. We ensure that employment contracts and equipment are in order, and that you are paid according to your skills. We are here to support and safeguard you if needed. It is important to us that you enjoy your work. As a vision employee, you will receive: * A salary based on your skills * Long-term and permanent employment * Salary paid twice a month * Work orientation * Suitable work gear for each task * Daily support in work matters * Opportunities to develop your skills and advance to more demanding roles Do we share a common vision? — How to apply for a job We are conducting interviews during the application period, so if you believe you are the right candidate, now is the time to apply.
