Head of Substation projects, Datacenter & BESS - Enersense International Oy

The open position is within the Power Business Unit, where we help our clients implement energy transition through comprehensive services covering the entire energy sector lifecycle. These include the design, construction, and maintenance of transmission networks, substations, and battery storage. Additionally, the business unit provides solutions related to data center electrical substations. Responsibilities: Responsible for the operational implementation of substation and battery storage projects in the Data Centers, Renewables, DSO & BESS segments; Grow and develop the project portfolio in line with our strategy; Play an active role in sales, contract management, and project organization; Lead a newly established team in a supervisory role; If necessary, act as a project manager; Monitor and report on the progress of the project portfolio; Report to the Substations & BESS Business Manager. Requirements: University degree in a relevant field; Strong experience in leading substation projects or other industrial EPC projects; Excellent organizational skills; Strong growth motivation and proven success in profitable business growth; Good communication and negotiation skills, with experience in challenging contract and tender negotiations; Ability to lead both people and tasks with positive drive towards goals; Good IT skills; Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English.
