Our unit is a small 22-bed elderly multi-service unit providing around-the-clock assisted living, communal housing, short-term care for caregivers' breaks, and home hospital care for residents. Our strengths at Onnela are familiarity, safety, and community. The daily life of our unit centers on the participation of the elderly. As a nurse, you have the opportunity to develop your role according to your strengths, both in care and administrative tasks.
