We are looking for a colleague to join us as a cost engineer for industrial projects across Finland. At Sweco PM, we assist and support our clients in the industrial, energy, real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors in project management and construction management tasks from project start to commissioning and maintenance. Responsibilities
- Support project teams and clients in project cost planning, monitoring, forecasting, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create cost estimates, budgets, and cost structures (CBS), monitor project cost development, and prepare final cost and cash flow forecasts.
- Evaluate change orders and deviations' cost impacts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in large-scale or complex industrial construction and investment projects responsible for project cost control.
