We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid of responsibility, understands the daily operations of a construction site, and can lead a team practically. The job requires adhering to schedules, solving problems quickly, and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. The company operates in Jyväskylä and the Central Finland region, specializing in renovation demolition, asbestos removal, and diamond drilling. Responsibilities include managing and supervising demolition sites, guiding workers and scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and equipment on site, communicating with clients and other parties involved in the projects, ensuring workplace safety, and monitoring project progress. We value construction industry education, experience in demolition work, experience with diamond drilling, good communication skills, B driving license, and work safety card.
