Job Description
Wärtsilä is looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our Global Field Services team in Vaasa, Finland. The role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, on-site repairs, audits, and upgrades on marine and land-based installations with Wärtsilä engines and equipment. The position offers international travel approximately 150 days per year and work in a hybrid model. Requirements include a BSc or MSc in Automation Engineering or relevant experience, leadership qualities, and proficiency in English and Finnish. The role provides opportunities to work with advanced marine and power plant technology, travel globally, and develop professionally.
