Service Supervisor Southeast Finland - Siskon Siivous Oy

At Siskon Siivous, service supervisors are responsible for overall customer accounts, support service coordinators, and ensure customer expectations are met in the best possible way. We are currently looking for a service supervisor in Southeast Finland. What does your workday look like? Your work is independent, but teamwork leads to the best results. As a service supervisor, you organize and oversee cleaning tasks within your service area. You act as a supervisor for service coordinators and employees, ensuring smooth operations and actively engaging with customers. You plan cleaning schedules, maintain quality and operational reliability, and ensure the profitability and efficiency of sites. Additionally, your responsibilities include shift planning, HR tasks, quality inspections, planning for shift work, invoicing, and payroll confirmation. You will succeed if you have: - Previous supervisory experience - Experience and training in the cleaning industry - Good organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Fluent Finnish and English skills; additional languages are a plus - Up-to-date IT skills - A valid driver’s license (B), as the role requires traveling between sites Why choose us? As a service supervisor, you will receive: - A permanent employment contract - A salary starting from €2950/month, depending on your skills, experience, and education. In addition, we offer a car benefit and opportunities for various supplements. - Start in August, preferably before August 1, 2026. - Full-time position – weekly working hours of 37.5 hours.
