Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance tasks, and customer service; cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms, public areas, and event spaces; ensuring cleaning quality and following cleanliness guidelines; handling bedding and laundry in cooperation with the laundry service; providing friendly and helpful service to visitors and guiding them; adhering to safety and hygiene standards and suggesting improvements. We expect from you accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork; previous cleaning experience is an advantage but training options are available; precise, efficient, and systematic working style; good cooperation and communication skills, customer service orientation; ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexible in working shifts; basic Finnish language skills; other language skills are an advantage; good physical condition and readiness to perform standing work and tasks involving lifting; knowledge of hygiene practices and safety procedures.
