Job Description
Skydio is seeking a proven Senior Technical Recruiter to help grow our engineering and operations teams. The role involves end-to-end hiring for core engineering functions such as Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Hardware Operations. The recruiter will operate as the go-to expert, sourcing top talent, developing pipelines, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced startup environment. The position requires deep recruiting expertise in areas like Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, Hardware Engineering, or Hardware Operations. The role is based at our headquarters in San Mateo, California, with some work at our manufacturing facility in Hayward, California. The annual salary range is $130,000 - $180,000, with benefits including stock options, health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and 401K.
