RPO Senior Recruiter (Tech/IT), Tokyo - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The role involves working as part of the RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the world's leading technology companies. The Senior Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers, providing expertise as a Business Partner and trusted Advisor. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates in a hybrid environment, building and expanding client relationships, managing applicant tracking systems, and optimizing recruitment processes. The role emphasizes client management, candidate relationship building, and professional sourcing methods. Key activities include developing multi-channel sourcing strategies, building talent pools, managing client meetings, and conducting competency-based interviews. The candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly in Tech/IT (GTM), APAC region, and experience with ATS, sourcing, and candidate management. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, results focus, and fluency in Japanese (native) and English (business level) are required. The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days on-site weekly in Tokyo.
