Musti and Mirri is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Kankaanpää store (fixed-term). Musti Group is the leading expert in pet care in the Nordics, operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and since 2024, the Baltics. Our mission is to make the lives of pets and pet parents more fun, safer, and easier throughout the pet's life. We want to be a full-service product provider and operator for our customers – both physically and digitally. What is the work of a salesperson at Musti and Mirri like? - Customer-oriented and sales-driven customer service - Taking care of the store's cleanliness and adherence to the concept - Receiving shipments and shelving products - Building displays - Running store services (e.g., nail clipping, puppy meetings, and MustiEskari) We expect from you: - A joyful customer service attitude - An independent approach and organizational skills - Interest in the retail industry and customer service - Ability to handle the physical tasks of the store - Flexibility to work during all store opening hours, including evenings and weekends - Flexibility to work in all stores in the region if necessary As a salesperson, you want to contribute to a joyful and encouraging work atmosphere. Personal experience with pets is an advantage, but attitude is what matters! Previous work experience in sales and customer service is an advantage. We require salespeople to be at least 18 years old.
