Looking for a participating construction supervisor! We are seeking a participating construction supervisor for our client company in Oulu! Your task will be to work as a supervisor in various renovation projects in Oulu. The job may include, among other things, material procurement, cost estimation of offers, collaboration with different stakeholders, and practical construction work as needed based on your skills. Success in this role requires previous experience in the construction industry, experience in estimating offers, result-orientedness, and flexibility in work tasks as needed. The working hours are full-time, and work is available immediately after finding a suitable person. Employment initially occurs through a leasing arrangement, with the possibility to transfer to a permanent position with the client company afterward.
