In the centralized foster care unit, there are four teams. We are now looking for a foster care social worker interested in foster care for an open position in team 3. A fourth team was established on 1.1.2025, and with the new team, the team sizes are smaller, which means stronger support from the supervisor. The work location is in Salo, with the possibility to work partly remotely. As a social worker, your tasks include client and network work during foster care with the child, their family, placement, and other networks. You are responsible for monitoring the implementation and organization of foster care, and the responsible social worker ensures and coordinates that the child receives the necessary support and services during foster care.
