Would you like to spend the winter in Lapland and work in an international tourism environment? We are looking for a Driver / Guest Service Assistant for our client's winter season team in Rovaniemi. In this versatile role, you will be one of the first people our guests meet. You will provide transportation, assist with luggage, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and welcoming arrival. Your responsibilities include driving guests between different locations, assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures, guiding and helping guests with information, delivering an excellent guest experience, and working closely with the reception and other team members. We hope you have a valid Category B driving licence, good English communication skills, a positive and service-minded attitude, good physical fitness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work shifts.
