Responsibilities
- Analyze process samples and water analysis
- Troubleshoot/calibrate all equipment in the QC Lab
- Prepare certificate of analysis for shipments
- Approve raw materials using Purchasing Approval System
- Assist with sample analyses from outside sources
- Meet OTIF objectives
- Communicate results within the Quality Department
- Conduct routine final shipment analyses
- Work with Plant Chemists and Quality Manager
- Report instrumentation issues
- Participate in audits and Gage R&R studies
- Ensure proper disposal of chemical waste
- Contribute to continuous improvement
