We are now looking to add three electrical project managers or electrical project supervisors to our team for permanent positions in Tampere. The role is suitable for both early-career electrical engineers and more experienced project managers. We will provide thorough onboarding, and the scope of work can be tailored based on your skills and experience. You will benefit from established organizational practices, an experienced expert network, and Caverion colleagues across Finland. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and leading electrical projects. Managing technical and financial project execution. Handling schedules, materials, and procurement. Coordinating additional and change works. Supervising installation teams. You will work on diverse new construction and renovation projects, such as commercial and office buildings, hospitals, data centers, and industrial sites. Projects are often large-scale and offer opportunities to develop your skills in varied environments. Your daily work includes site and office tasks, with occasional remote work possible. You will work in the Pirkanmaa region and on assignments across Finland. Are you a creator of a functional life? You will likely enjoy working at Caverion if you have: A relevant education, such as electrical engineering or technician degree. Previous experience in electrical project management is an advantage but not essential. Fluent Finnish and good English skills. A driver’s license, access to a personal car, and readiness for assignments across Finland. A determined approach to work and a goal-oriented mindset for leading projects. Good collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-oriented working style. You can build effective cooperation with your team, clients, and other stakeholders. An independent and goal-focused work style, with the ability to organize your own work. A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate with their consent. What do we offer you?
