The department secretary handles patient and customer service and manages the patient record process independently. The work consists of patient administrative tasks, internal and external customer service, and document management tasks. The work environment includes the patient information system and other necessary work tools. Qualifications include a suitable vocational qualification and experience in similar secretarial tasks. The tasks require good IT skills and the ability to manage extensive customer cases involving healthcare information. The terms of employment and salary are determined according to the applicable collective agreement, with a task-specific salary of €2629.13/month at the start of employment. The position requires vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act and a certificate of tuberculosis of the respiratory tract according to section 55.
