The role is primarily in home care, working in a dynamic environment across South Karelia, serving clients with individual needs. The work involves two-shift schedules, requiring self-reliance, responsibility, good communication skills, and a valid driver's license with own car. The qualification is social and health care basic degree (practical nurse/caregiver) and registration in the social and health care professional register. The role requires a valid medication license for South Karelia, a health certificate within 30 days of selection, and vaccination against infectious diseases. The job follows a 6-month trial period.
