Lidl is an inspiring retailer in the grocery sector that wants to act boldly and responsibly. We are now looking for sales assistants for our stores in Turku - Itäharju and Skanssi as well as Kaarina - Keskusta, with a 20-hour per week contract, but working hours can be adjusted as needed. The work at Lidl is diverse, fast-paced, and fun. Tasks include cashier work, shelf stocking, display, and maintaining store cleanliness. Training is provided, and as skills develop, additional responsibilities such as working at the bakery counter may be assigned. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required. We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, active asking for help, and a positive outlook. Finnish language skills at B1 level are sufficient for customer service.
