We are looking for a property caretaker for our client company in a permanent position in Oulu. The person we seek is skilled and motivated, capable of managing the daily operations and comfort of properties such as apartment buildings. As a property caretaker, your duties include general maintenance and tidiness of properties and outdoor areas, minor repairs and maintenance, as well as responding to residents' inquiries and service requests. We expect from you: A practical approach to work and the ability to solve everyday situations independently. We especially value: Relevant education and previous work experience in the field B-class driving license Good IT skills and readiness to learn new work systems Confidence with basic tools and building technology Active, responsible, and development-oriented work attitude Customer-oriented mindset and good teamwork skills We offer you a position in a high-quality property services company where tasks are done right the first time.
