Junior Risk Monitoring Analyst (100% Remote - CET Timezone) - Bitfinex - Remote - Global

We are looking for an entry-level Risk Monitoring Analyst to support day-to-day risk oversight and monitoring activities. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in markets, trading systems, or operational risk. You will work remotely as part of a small team responsible for monitoring risk metrics, identifying anomalies, and escalating issues when required. This is a fully remote role, however, candidates are expected to work primarily within European business hours. Responsibilities include monitoring risk metrics, tracking trading activity, investigating risk events, escalating issues, maintaining monitoring tools, and producing reports. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or finance-related field, attention to detail, basic understanding of financial markets, and data handling skills (SQL or Python is a plus). Nice to have: experience with data analysis tools, trading systems, or internships in finance or tech.
