Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position directly with S1 Networks. The preferred start date is as soon as possible, but no later than August. The workplace is located in Helsinki, with work mainly in the office and customer environments. Remote work is possible by agreement, but presence in daily work is important due to the nature of the role. The job also includes on-call duties about once a month, meaning readiness to respond to incidents in the evenings or weekends. In reality, alerts are rare. The salary for this position is €2600-€4500 per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Technical customer support and resolving issues for corporate clients
- Diagnosing faults and coordinating solutions to completion with a goal of resolving with a single contact
- Installing, maintaining, and relocating network devices and servers
- Cabling and building network infrastructure in customer environments
- Participating in various IT and telecommunications projects according to your expertise
Requirements
- Understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and routing
- Interest in technical customer support and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented, and proactive work attitude
- Willingness to work mainly in an office and in the field
- B driver’s license
- Good Finnish and English language skills
