Job Description
As an Engineering Manager for our Blockchain Integrations team, you’ll lead a high-performing group at the strategic core of Anchorage Digital. This team is responsible for enabling secure, scalable interaction with hundreds of blockchain networks and assets, powering everything from custody and staking to governance and other on-chain functionality. Your mission is to grow and guide this team through deep mentorship, operational excellence, and strong execution. You’ll be responsible for hiring and developing exceptional engineers, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and translating our roadmap into reliable, scalable systems. The team owns both blockchain integrations and secure infrastructure that supports our institutional platform, so the challenges are complex, and the impact is meaningful. A successful outcome is a team that’s energized by its work, equipped to manage ambiguity, and proud of its role in building the most secure platform in digital assets.
