Personal Assistant in Orimattila - Työmarkkinatori - Orimattila, Finland

I am looking for an assistant for an indefinite period. I am a calm and friendly female person from Heinämaa, living on a farm with my spouse. I act as my own employer and the payroll for the employee is handled through the disability services substitute payment service. I am seeking a reliable and flexible assistant to support my daily life. I need help mainly with daily activities, and I use a rollator as a mobility aid. My health varies daily, but I am generally unable to perform daily tasks alone, for example due to tremors. Because of the nature of the work, a female assistant is preferred. I will train the assistant in the tasks, and no special skills are required; a respectful, proactive attitude suitable for assisting is more important. To ensure smooth communication, the assistant should speak Finnish. Through disability services, the assistant will be compensated for a total of 97 working hours per month. Workdays are usually 4 per week, lasting 6-7 hours each. Additionally, I may need some extra work paid out of pocket, with details and the amount of extra work agreed upon with the selected person. If extra work is needed, it generally extends the workday, and the assistant will be compensated according to standard pay practices. The work begins as agreed, but as soon as possible.
