Sales Assistant - Biltema - Remote - Global

Biltema is a family company with over 550 employees in Finland, expanding with new stores in Oulu, Joensuu, and Kokkola. We are looking for energetic part-time sales assistants for Porin Biltema and Biltema Cafe. The role involves customer service, cashier work, and product presentation in the cafe and store. Tasks include customer service, cashiering, unloading, shelf stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should have sales and customer service skills, be of legal age, flexible for shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and preferably have experience in retail and café work. Finnish or Swedish language skills are required. We offer a responsible position in an international retail chain, a relaxed work environment, comprehensive training, and potential for long-term employment and advancement. The hourly wage is 10.89–14.57 €/h, depending on experience and education, with additional evening and weekend bonuses. Start date negotiable.
