Job Description
As Installation Manager in Raisio, Finland, you are responsible for the operational and strategic results of vehicle-specific installation activities. You will lead the installation team, develop processes, and ensure safety and quality standards. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business administration background
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a related technical industry
- Experience with and knowledge of production engineering and/or vehicle assembly
- Demonstrable experience with P&L management, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding installations and environment
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP)
- High integrity and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
