Operating - Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, TypeScript, Node.js) - aTalent - Helsinki, Finland

You'd work on product features end to end: sitting with customers, working with product and design, shipping the code, watching what happens. Over time, you'd take ownership of a domain (allocations, the financial model, billing, integrations) and make it yours. You'd be the fifth engineer. The CTO still writes code. Decisions get made in the room you're in, by the people doing the work. Some of what you might ship in your first six months include an AI-driven workflow from CRM to project plan, an integration layer for accounting systems, a month-end close workflow, and a revamped reporting dashboard. You should be comfortable owning the whole problem, working in ambiguity, and pushing back when something feels wrong. Our tech stack includes a TypeScript backend on AWS with Postgres, and a React frontend with tRPC, Tailwind, and shadcn types. We value strong test coverage, continuous deployment, and AI tools. You are expected to have at least 3 years of fullstack experience, strong React, TypeScript, Node.js skills, and proficiency in English. Bonus points for experience with multi-tenant SaaS, billing, finance, AI, data engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
