Municipal Veterinarian - Haminan kaupunki - Pyhtää, Finland

We are seeking Municipal Veterinarian to a permanent position starting from September 1, 2026, or according to agreement. The available veterinarian position is located at Pyhtää, in a clinic with two veterinarians. The client base is primarily small animals, but large animals are also treated in the area. The position includes on-call duties. On-call duties are not separated. The on-call shifts are variable, often calm, and weekends can be shared if necessary. The on-call area includes Hamina, Kotka, Miehikkälä, Pyhtää, and Virolahti. The region has six veterinarian positions and two supervisory veterinarians. Pyhtää’s joint clinic is well equipped, including two consultation rooms, an operating room, a recovery room, storage space, and a laboratory. Social facilities, a garage, and a bedroom for on-call staff are also available.
