We are now hiring a part-time family worker for the Vantaa–Kerava area. The work involves single shifts typically lasting 2–4 hours, with about 10 hours available weekly, possibly more depending on your preference. The work is focused on evenings and weekends. The role includes family work, social welfare law-based family work, professional support activities, supported housing in disability services, monitored and supported meetings, and neuropsychiatric coaching. Daily tasks vary from practicing emotional skills, parent discussions, filling forms, playing board games, to outdoor activities with clients. You will have responsibility and freedom, planning your schedule and working in your style. Salary is based on the private social services sector collective agreement, ranging from €16.95 to €18.50 per hour depending on experience, with additional shift bonuses.
