Job Description

BioLegend has an exciting new opportunity in our Custom Solutions team for a life science graduate with 1-3 years’ experience in the biotech or pharma industry. The Custom Project Coordinator will help coordinate product manufacturing plan and contribute to BioLegend’s mission of providing legendary customer service. This role offers broad cross-functional exposure across the business, serving as a primary point of contact for key customer accounts — including VIP clients and biopharma partners. The successful individual will demonstrate high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to stay on top of multiple projects using project and customer management software. Accurately interpret and translate customer requirements into BioLegend custom specification forms Liaise with internal departments to assess feasibility of requests to meet client needs (including but not limited to material availability and demand forecasting) Display strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure high quality reagent production Own the end-to-end creation of customer-specific quotes in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client requirements Create and manage new catalog numbers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) in strict accordance with departmental SOPs and data integrity standards Update and document changes to project specifications in a timely manner and relay to internal teams to ensure successful project completion Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity Other projects or responsibilities may be required based on business needs Some weekend work is needed Minimum Qualifications–Education and Experience BS in life sciences 1-3 years experience in the biotech or pharma industry Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience Experience in a lab environment Understand common assays like SDS-Page, SEC, and Endotoxin testing (gel clot) Experience with CRM software (SalesForce) Experience with ERP software (Microsoft NAV Dynamics or D365) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The base salary range for this full-time position is $26.44 - $30.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
