Accountant/Payroll Clerk - Tili- ja konsulttipalvelu Kivikirja Oy - Kempele, Finland

Would you be a suitable colleague for me? I could probably write this very officially, but when looking for a coworker, there's no point in that. Kivikirja Oy is an accounting and consulting firm founded in 2025. The work mainly involves fully electronic bookkeeping with Procountor software (if you have previous experience with this, that's great!), and proactive customer advice (we call before the customer has a chance to call us). The main focus of the work is customer service and helping entrepreneurs. Currently, I work alone in the office, but now my client portfolio is getting full enough that from August 1, 2026, I could have a colleague sit across from me. The job is permanent and full-time from the start. It's easy for someone inexperienced to join, as we will build the customer list gradually, and there is no chaos waiting. Of course, the work involves a mix of remote and on-site work. Initially, more on-site, then possibly remote as the work progresses.
