Maintenance Technicians in Jyväskylä - Ole Huoletta Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

Ole Huoletta Oy is looking for maintenance technicians in Kajaani and Jyväskylä to perform preventive maintenance in homes and properties. Our idea is simple: maintain the property before a small problem turns into a major renovation. We are now seeking the first team members to help build the company from the ground up. What does the work involve? The work varies seasonally — in winter, focus on indoor maintenance; in summer, outdoor tasks complement the work. Additionally, the job includes documenting work with photos before and after, as well as customer interactions on-site. Seasonal work content Winter season (October–March) — primarily indoor work Bathroom maintenance: silicone joint replacement, deep cleaning, nanopainting, tile joint repair Ventilation cleaning: cleaning of HVAC ducts, vent replacement and adjustment, grease duct cleaning Maintenance of other wet areas: toilets, laundry rooms, kitchen splash zones Minor repairs and maintenance inside Summer season (April–September) — more diverse outdoor work Roof maintenance: washing, growth prevention, coating, and minor repairs Exterior painting Gutter and drainage system: cleaning, replacement, and roof safety products Deck maintenance: washing, oiling, and painting Minor outdoor construction and repair work Bathroom and HVAC maintenance also as needed during summer. What do we expect from you? You don’t need to be a professional right away — we are looking for someone versatile and eager to learn. The main expectations: Experience in construction, maintenance, painting, roofing, HVAC, or property work. Ability to produce neat and careful work at customer sites Work quality and service attitude that encourages customers to book future maintenance with us. Confidence to work safely on roofs and scaffolding. Energetic, reliable, and independent work ethic. Driver’s license B — company provides vehicle.
