Kitchen Shift Manager - Henkilöstöliiga - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking a kitchen shift manager for Tampere city center. The job includes all kitchen tasks, including shift responsibility, personnel management, ordering, and self-monitoring. The restaurant relies on high-quality raw materials, acquired from local producers whenever possible. The work combines lunch and à la carte kitchen tasks, and every day brings varying challenges. All food is served as plated portions. Work takes place in a team where good spirit and efficient cooperation are key. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, with both day and evening times. Full-time position and the employment contract is signed as permanent with Henkilöstöliiga. Work starts according to agreement by the end of August at the latest, but possibly immediately when a suitable person is found. What do we expect? We hope that you have several years of experience working as a chef in a bistro/fine-dining level restaurant and strong experience in supervisory roles in the restaurant industry. You can take responsibility for your own work. It is important that you perceive the whole in a busy environment and know how to communicate with colleagues. The working language is Finnish.
