The job involves working in a therapeutic rehabilitation community to support the growth and development of infants and strengthen the attachment between parent and infant. The role includes supporting parents through community rehabilitation and individual support, based on a multidisciplinary team with expertise in trauma work, early interaction support, community rehabilitation, and mental health work. The ideal candidate has a warm, respectful, and committed approach, good cooperation and interaction skills, planning and organizational ability, active and developmental work attitude, and a health care degree. Experience with infant families, child protection, mental health, and trauma work is advantageous. Methodical skills in interaction work such as MIM, HoiLei, and experience in guiding groups and fatherhood work are also beneficial. The position starts on 6 June 2026, is full-time, and permanent. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement.
