Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair. The technician will locate and diagnose electrical failures using meters, schematics, and blueprints, repair high-voltage systems, motors, switches, and automated controls, and use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production. The role involves executing planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery, performing complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures, and collaborating with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
