Job Description
The position involves reviewing and validating global personnel cost planning, ensuring alignment between bonus outcomes and financial plans, overseeing bonus accruals and payroll entries, and owning the governance of bonus frameworks across regions. The candidate will collaborate with FP&A, HR, and controllership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in financial reporting and compensation governance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, workforce costing, or compensation governance. Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, financial reporting standards, and global compensation practices is essential, along with stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
