Physical Activity Instructor - Palveluyhdistys Rateva ry - Miehikkälä, Finland

We are seeking a part-time temporary substitute for the role of physical activity instructor. The substitution begins on September 21, 2026. We are looking for an active, inspiring, and creative physical activity instructor. Readiness and training as an individual fitness advisor (PT) and a trained masseur are considered a significant advantage. Our association is an important and versatile service provider for the local residents. In terms of sports and massage services, our clients are of all ages. The main tasks for the employee are physical activity guidance and activity counseling. The work primarily involves practical instruction in water-based exercises and other group fitness activities, as well as individual activity counseling. The job also includes planning, recording, reporting, and statistics. The work is carried out on weekdays between approximately 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. We expect the employee to work independently and to have a development-oriented and encouraging attitude. The person we are looking for has good interpersonal skills and is cooperative. They have a desire to activate residents to move and to feel good. They are open to a diverse work profile and are willing to adapt to other tasks within a small work community as needed, including during holiday periods.
