Candidates implementing family work under the Social Welfare Act are required to have a higher education degree suitable for everyday change work with families (e.g., Bachelor of Social Services). Strong experience in family work and proficiency in Swedish are considered advantages. Please specify your professional specializations in your application! We may also consider candidates with higher education in health or education fields with relevant experience working with children and families, but actual family work experience is essential. At ANNU Social Services: - No two workdays are the same; your work is varied, motivating, and skill-enhancing! - You will meet clients as well as various networks - The work involves mobility, so a driver’s license and personal vehicle are recommended - You plan and schedule your workday, including client meetings - You can influence your workload and combine work and leisure in a way that suits you We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. Working hours mainly focus on after-school hours for children and youth in the evenings, but initial meetings are always during office hours, and some meetings may also be during the day.
