Repair Technician - PolarPro - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a self-driven and versatile repair professional who can handle small repair jobs as well as larger projects when needed. The role requires practical experience, independence, and a solution-oriented approach. Tasks include performing varied repairs, emphasizing accuracy, flexibility, and craftsmanship. The work mainly involves customers' homes, so good customer service and reliability are essential. You will also manage parts and supplies in advance to ensure smooth workflow. A work vehicle equipped with necessary tools will be provided, allowing efficient work across different sites. The job involves working responsibly, developing skills, and identifying improvement areas. The work is independent but supported by colleagues reachable by phone and regularly meeting at the office and warehouse. Work is scheduled on weekdays as needed, starting immediately upon hiring. Salary depends on experience, approximately 14–20 €/h according to the building sector collective agreement.
