Talent Acquisition Team Lead (RPO) - Luxury Retail, Seoul - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to manage a high performing RPO Team and contributing to the growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. We seek someone with strong understanding of Talent Acquisition in luxury retail, experience managing large teams, knowledge of recruiting metrics and reporting, data analysis skills, excellent planning and organizational skills, and business communication in Korean and English. The role involves leading a team to ensure delivery, managing recruitment activities, building trust with stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in project reviews. The working model is hybrid, with 4 days onsite in Jung‑gu.
