We are looking for a technical property maintenance worker in Vantaa! We are seeking a technical property maintenance worker for a client's site that requires a security clearance. The selected person must have a clean background (security clearance will be conducted) and extensive experience in indoor property maintenance. The site has many building technical systems and automation, which the selected person is expected to be proficient in using. Work begins once a suitable person is found. According to a preliminary assessment, work is available until autumn, but a strong candidate has an excellent opportunity to establish themselves within our client company and potentially continue employment in the same or another site. If you have the following skills, you may be the person we are looking for. To apply for this position, you must have: * Education in property maintenance - the work is responsible and basic training must be in order. * Several years of experience in property maintenance, specifically indoor work - we are looking for a professional who works efficiently and independently. * A clean background - passing a security clearance is required for the site. * Good Finnish language skills - the language of supervision is Finnish. * High work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for the quality of your work. * Good social skills – you can get along with people even in challenging situations.
