Job Description
Work supervision services Voima is a nationwide network of work supervisors providing support services in the workplace, including work supervision in the SOTE sector across Finland. Our supervisors have completed the SToRy work supervisor training and often have work experience in sectors such as SOTE, education, or training. All our supervisors work as sole proprietors or light entrepreneurs. Supervisions are arranged through Work Supervision Services Voima, which handles all administrative work, marketing efforts, tenders, etc. We invoice the work, manage contracts, and our supervisors focus solely on independent and professional work as experts. If you are interested in additional work as a supervisor, please feel free to contact us. Currently, our clients are booking supervision sessions well into 2026.
