Personal Assistant (On-call) - Mehiläinen Oy - Kauhava, Finland

Mehiläinen Home Services is seeking personal assistants for on-call work in Kauhava. The role involves assisting clients with daily chores, such as home maintenance, shopping, and hobbies outside the home. The work is unhurried and provides a concrete way to improve the client's daily life. The client or their authorized representative acts as the work supervisor, while Mehiläinen is the employer. Shifts are primarily on weekdays and are determined by the client's needs. The employer considers the employee's preferences and aims to find assignments with good transport links and long-term client relationships. No previous experience as an assistant is required, as a positive attitude is key. Candidates must be of legal age, proficient in Finnish (at least B1 level), reliable, proactive, and have a friendly, customer-oriented approach. A criminal record extract for working with the elderly and disabled is required during the recruitment process. Salary: 12.79–14.06 €/h. Hourly wage based on years of experience: 0y = 12.79 €, 5y = 13.21 €, 8y = 13.63 €, and 11y = 14.06€. In addition to the hourly wage, possible supplements: evenings +15%, nights +40%, Saturdays +25%, and Sundays or public holidays +100%. In on-call employment, a holiday compensation of 9% of the hourly wage is paid.
