Earthworks Worker, Mikkeli - Nextstaff Oy

We are looking for skilled and independent earthworks workers for our client company for a fixed-term employment contract (12-36 months). In this role, you will work closely with the excavator operator to ensure that tasks progress according to drawings and elevations. Your responsibilities include: * Measuring trench depths and levels with a level and pipe laser * Installing sewer, water, and stormwater pipes and manholes * Using a plate compactor and manual shoveling if necessary * Cable pulling and finishing work on site We expect you to have: * Valid Safety and Tieturva 1 certificates * Experience with reading drawings and using a level laser * Good physical condition and a proactive attitude towards outdoor work * B driver's license (C license and own vehicle are considered an advantage) * Proficiency in Finnish language for safety purposes We offer you: * Competitive salary based on your skills * Quality and appropriate work equipment * Opportunity for employment after the fixed-term contract * Support from a professional team The work begins on 27 July 2026, and the duration of the fixed-term contract is 12-36 months.
