Job Description
We are looking for an proactive, reliable, and organized executive assistant at Mediakonserni Keskisuomalainen to ensure smooth daily operations. The role is versatile and will be shaped by your skills and experience. As an assistant, you will support the group CEO and be responsible for managing their calendar, schedules, and travel arrangements. You will also help organize various events and stakeholder meetings, and produce materials for different purposes, such as presentation materials, press releases, and invitation texts. You will succeed if you enjoy diverse tasks and remain calm in a busy environment when schedules change and plans evolve. You are proactive and active, capable of making things happen. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You work carefully and accurately but also enjoy routine tasks. You are skilled in interacting with people and naturally meet colleagues, guests, and partners. You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage. The role suits you whether you are at the beginning of your career or an experienced professional. We value a flexible attitude and someone who takes initiative. Your workplace is in Jyväskylä, and the work is on-site. The position is fixed-term until April 30, 2027, with start date to be agreed. Please include your salary expectation in your application.
