Job Description
As a maintenance technician at Kärcher, you will work on diverse maintenance and repair tasks related to cleaning and sanitation equipment intended for professional and industrial use. You will be part of a team of about 10 people in Nurmijärvi. The work environment is supported by a skilled team where help is always nearby, whether you are working at the repair shop or on-site with customers. You will start at the Nurmijärvi location, where you will receive product and work process training on-site at the repair shop. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to move into mobile and independent maintenance technician roles. The work mainly covers Uusimaa and Southern Finland regions. You should also be prepared for work trips within Finland lasting up to a week. The job includes scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of new equipment. The employment is permanent and full-time, primarily during weekdays. The start date can be soon after hiring, as the position will be filled immediately upon finding a suitable candidate. The employment contract is directly with Kärcher. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Good personality with basic technical understanding and a genuine desire to learn.
- Experience in maintenance, servicing, or repairs is an advantage, but attitude is key: you want to do your job well and help customers!
- Interest in mechanics, electricity, and technical devices
- Education in electrical or other technical fields
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Ability to use maintenance systems and other digital tools
- Your working language will be Finnish, but you will also need English for training and interpreting technical documents. A BE driving license is preferred.
