Multi-skilled Construction Worker / Foreman for Tampere - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled construction worker for our client company to perform tenant renovation work at an office site in Tampere. You will act as the foreman of a small work team and actively participate in the practical work. The work begins with demolition, followed by interior wall and renovation tasks. We expect you to have experience in various interior construction tasks and the ability to oversee the progress of work phases on site. Your tasks include organizing and executing demolition work, measuring and aligning demolition sites, making lintel structures, constructing interior walls, creating openings for future glass wall doors, adding drywall to old walls, and other diverse interior construction tasks. We expect you to have previous experience in similar construction tasks, be able to lead a work team and take responsibility for the progress of work, be skilled in using laser and measuring devices, be able to read drawings, have an initiative and solution-oriented work attitude, and hold a valid safety card. The work is expected to start around Midsummer or at the latest in July. Initially, the work will last about a month, with good performers having the opportunity to continue in similar roles at other sites. The salary will be based on your skills according to the construction sector collective agreement, ranging from €15.56 to €19.94 per hour plus allowances.
